I use mohair or alpaca for my bears. The nose is usually stitched and waxed. Occasionally I use polymer clay instead. My raggedy bears are most often stuffed with woodwool and coconutfibre, otherwise I use ginned cotton or pure wool. Steelshots give the bears a nice weight. They are fully jointed either with split pins or lock nut system. Every bear has my OK trademark, a
little suede patch on their bottoms with my signature and
a little heart to show that they were truly made with a
